Here are the 8 Steps:

1. Pre-Sale Home Inspection
We will pay for a physical inspection of your property. This way we can correct any issues before a buyer discovers them or properly disclose them when an offer is made.

2. Home Makeover & Staging
We will have a staging expert meet with you and provide guidance on how to position the interior of your home in the best possible way prior to putting it on the market.

3. Termite Inspection
There may be little or no termite damage, or considerable expense to clear your home of termite damage: we prefer to know ahead of time.

4. Pre-Sale Appraisal
We will provide an in-house appraisal to be used to back up our list price.

5. Preliminary Title Report
It is best to find out any issues with the title of your property before we enter escrow, so we will have our title company provide a preliminary title report.

6. Home Warranty
We will provide a home warranty for you so that a big repair will cost you very little.

7. Interior Cleaning
If necessary, we will have the carpets cleaned and the interior professionally cleaned to make your property as appealing as possible to potential buyers.

8. Professional Photography
Buyers demand compelling and comprehensive photography of your property and we will provide that.
