Scott P. Brady graduated from UC Berkeley in 1986 with a major in Comparative Literature
(English, Latin & German) and earned his MBA from Cal State Fullerton in 1993.

After 9 years as a Marketing Manager and eventually as a Vice President in Private Banking, Scott decided he had enough of the corporate world, passed his broker’s license and started Progressive Realty in 1997. By 2000 he was the top agent in the City of Placentia, and the last 20 years, he has represented over 500 buyers and sellers in this city.

Wanting to get involved in the decision making of the city, he ran for the city Council of Placentia and won his election in 2000. After 8 years on council and serving three years as Mayor, Scott left local politics to focus on real estate sales and property management. Scott owns both Partners Real Estate Group, Progressive Property Management, Inc. and Progressive Association Management.

For years, Scott’s slogan has been “Scott P. Brady, the “P” stands for Placentia, because no one has sold as many Placentia homes than Scott, has been more involved in the community and
owns one of the only real estate companies situated in the City of Placentia.

This website exists to celebrate the City of Placentia, help Placentia sellers sell their home for
more and more quickly, and assist Placentia buyers in their quest to settle down in this great city.

Scott has been married to Dr. Deanna Brady for 29 years, has 3 children, and is your Placentia real estate expert.

Born and raised in Placentia, Bri Sawyer has been working in the real estate industry for the past 8 years. As a real estate broker, loan officer and investor herself, Bri has a well rounded expertise of the home buying/selling process. Bri is gifted at helping home buyers and sellers alike analyze and strategize the best solutions to meet their goals. She has a passion for the industry and helping her clients build wealth through homeownership.

Growing up Bri attended Golden Elementary, Tuffree Middle School and El Dorado High School in Placentia. After high school she attended Sweet Briar College in Virginia graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Degree in Business and minor in Psychology. Bri is a second generation Realtor in her family obtaining her license at the young age of 21. In 2017 Bri obtained her brokers license and has been a manager at Partners Real Estate Group in Placentia since then.

Bri and her husband Luke have been married for 4 years and have two adorable fur babies. When not at the office she enjoys horseback riding, camping and 4-wheeling throughout Southern California.
